We're here to support students, faculty and staff with technology questions and support needs. If you have an active 伊人直播app account, log in to our Self-Service Portal to submit a help ticket. If you do not have a 伊人直播app account, you can submit a request through our Guest Portal. You can also contact us by phone, chat or email during our support hours. When submitting a request, please include your name, phone number, the best time to reach you, your email address and a detailed description of the problem. We look forward to helping you!
